I use the software on new computer. I can't access blog settings. 'Run-gime error' - 2147417848 (80010108) Automation Error. How to resolve it?

Can anyone help me please? I really need the access to blog.

Dear Aleksandra,
This problem occurs on computers running Windows Vista/Seven on which you have plugged an external input device, such as a graphical tablet or a touch-screen monitor.
To solve the problem, you should verify that the writing recognition software called 'Panel Input Pen Tablet PC' (TabTip.exe) included in Windows Vista/Seven is not open and, if it is so, you should close it.

Turn Windows features on or off and unchecking the TabletPC Optional Component.
If you don't need the TabletPC function you can remove them by accessing to Windows Control Panel.
