Hello. I checked this object in 2020.1.5. This is working fine.
1) Try updating the object. What is your version?
2) Change the version of PHP on the hosting to 7.1 or later.
3) Recheck the database connection settings.
4) Look at the error logs on the server.
5) Delete all site files from the hosting and upload them.
6) Look for errors in the browser console.

In 2020.1.7 it also works fine.
