How can to give size limit of uploading photo or video for the users.
There is no limitation in the insert field window and if the user upload big size it takes too long to upload
I have to use not to use video upload
or the customer try to fill up to form and long waiting
causing the result of loosing client

It's not possible to limit the size of file uploads using the Contact Form Object. The restriction must be put in place on the server. This is something which your webhost can assist you with, but which WebSite X5 has no control over.
What you can do is add text to the labels on your form to warn your web visitors that files exceeding a certain size will be rejected.
For example, referring to your screenshot, you could write:
'select a video (max. 100MB)'
If you wished you could also add a tooltip hint on mouseover to the field with a similar warning, to emphasise the point.
