There are 3 PCs. Sometimes I sell them, sometimes I reinstall the operating system. I can't activate the website X5 evo now. Error message: I want to activate often. Annoying!
When can I activate? How many days do I have to wait?

The license only allows two installations, for example one on a desktop computer, and the other on a laptop computer.
The two should not be used at the same time. If you sold a computer with the software installed (and its License) it's normal to be not able to install a 3rd time.
As Aleksej says, you will have to wait for the intervention of Support to resolve your problem.

please consider that the program can be activated on a maximum of 2 PCs. You should also try to avoid frequent activations on new PCs, so not to get the 314 error message, and try to choose 2 definitive PCs instead. If you need to install the software on more than 2 PCs, you should consider purchasing a multi-post licence: please let me know about how many PCs you need, so I can provide you with more details about the pricing.

Elisa, if Incomedia is strictly limiting users to installing the software on 2 computers, then you MUST offer the ability of deactivating the application at any time, as Adobe does.
This way, if I buy a new computer, or if I want to re-install Windows 10 from scratch, I can deactivate my Adobe software and then install it again later.
lf you cannot offer deactivation, then you need to allow unlimited reinstallations by the licenced user.
Sounds like you should use Adobe's website builder.....

314 error code again.
This morning I deleted the website X5 evo from my PC 1.
Only 1 PC is running.
I wanted to install it on PC 2, but activation writes 314 error codes.
What should I do?

If you are still experiencing difficulty then it would be best to unmark this thread as solved.
You can do this by going to the post which you selected as the correct answer (highlighted in green) and clicking on the 'tick' icon (which has text on mouseover: This comment is Not Correct)
Then wait for further assistance from Incomedia.
