When you advertise for discounts your eCommerce agents do not offer it. How come? It causes frustration!

I recently received an email from you offering 30%. I bought 3 products including the Website 5 pro. You did not give me the discount. Your ecommerce agents charged full price. It's regratable and very frustrating having to ask for an adjustment. Could'nt you figure out yet how to set up your ecommerce engines?
