How to decrease space of side block in a blog?

Please have a look at this image. Notice to the right hand upper corner; manually marked with red.
How to decrease this distance? I want side block to be aligned to header image of my blog.

This space needed for the sticky bar. if you remove the sticky bar it will be aligned.
But then you need to find another space for your links from the sticky bar, the footer maybe?
you need to choose.....

I have not used a sticky bar, then how come it is considering it there?
And with what measurement it is set?

Are you sure? it say's in the software on your website sticky bar.....
Please check the sticky bar and set it to off.
