"Add to cart" message and cart button dont match

I don't see a way of changing the add to cart button on the item card? It says "Add"
But the empty cart message to the user says: click on "Add to cart"
If the button cannot be edited, then please change the message to match

You can change this in settings 1, Language content management, All the settings for the cart button, and content are in there.

you can follow David's suggestion to solve this issue. The sentence you reported on your screenshot is associated to the cart_err_emptycart_desc label.
