Licence update

I have 2 X5 pro licences - and have x5 installed on 2 desktops and 2 laptops.... which is allowed.
One x5 says it is version 2019.3.17 and the other is 2020.2.4.
The 2019.3.17 i want to update to 2020.2.4, but it says it is already latest version?

It could be that particular licence has 'expired' - a WebSite X5 licence is valid for 12 months from date of purchase, during which period updates from Incomedia are free. Has it been more than 12 months since you purchased the software on that particular email account?
If not, then check here for the most recent version of the setup file:

I confirm both licenses are still active, and you can have the 2020.2 version in both cases. My suggestion is to simply download the latest version from your "Download" section of your account and to install it, so you are sure you are working with the latest version.
