Getting rid of unwanted menu buttons

As I was setting up the main page and played with a few options, some software-generated buttons appeared over my composition and I cannot get rid of them.
so now I have double menu buttons...
please help if you know how to turn that off?

Hello Guy,
If you go to Step 2 Template Settings > Template Content then you will probably find that you have two separate menus showing on your Header. Right-click on the one you do not wish to keep and select 'Delete' from the context menu.
Then reupload your project to the server.
