Problem With Scrolling Text

I have a problem in the program website X5 Evolution 9. If I want text to scroll from left to right or right to left, you see only a portion of the text i have write. It seems to me not to be normal. In the previous version 8 I've never had a problem with that. How can I solve this problem now ?

i've tried to get them to answer this question quite a few times and i dont get a proper answer.
It was even reported in beta testing but ignored.

If it is already in beta was a problem I can not understand why they have not taken into account! I think this is not correct, we also pay for the new program, they must also take into account any criticism and shortcomings. I think they need to find a solution!
IF THEY LISTENED TO ALL THE PROBLEMS THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD FIX THEM BUT MOST OF THEM JUST GET IGNORED OR THEY JUST GIVE WORKAROUNDS WHICH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
IF INCOMEDIA EXPECT PEOPLE TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR SOFTWARE THEN WE WOULD AT LEAST EXPECT IT TO WORK PROPERLY.
and yes it was supposed to be in CAPS because i'm getting pretty sick of all the half arsed excuses given for a lot of the problems caused by half finished software that INCOMEDIA decided to release when it should still be in BETA.

I can assure you we are answering to any single question posted here. What we are giving you are not workarounds but possible solutions to your problems, responding on the basis of your descriptions.
As you know, we released the beta version in July and collected hundreds of testers in order to fix all the possible problems. I'll try to have a look at your old request.
Anyway, as we did for all the prev versions, we will work to fix any possible bugs and increase the software features too.
Clement is an 'old' customer since 2009 and may know how we worked for v8. I think that he liked that, otherwise why buy the v9 as soon as it was released?
Robinson is a new customer and had the v8 during our beta period and updated it now. Because we trust in our software, we also added a '30 days - money back guarantee' policy.
Hello again, I just answered you about your ideas of the v9 and I forgot to answer to your real question.
I tested the roolover settings and they works the same as v8. I entered some text in the Text Object and I use the 'Return Key' to enter different paragraphs.
If I choose the left or right rolling option, I can see the text moving and I can read the text correctly. Obiously you have to set a correct value for the width of the Text Object that should be less or equal to the lenght of the sentence.

Hi, if i choose the left or right rolling option, I can see the text moving but not the full text I was writing to scroll. There is always a piece of the text I can not see, so that is a problem ! I give an example : I want the next text to scroll from left to right : For more information about our activities, go to calendar. Some words of this sentence I do not get to see, whatever I try. And yes I use this software for several years, so far I've always been very satisfied, that's why I bought the new version immediately. But I must admit that the new version has some annoying problems. Sometimes the program also close itself while you're working. Than you'll get the message that you need to reinstall the program. That I have also done a couple of times, but it does not solve the problem. But because I trust the creators of the software, I believe they will solve the existing problems In a short time. Clement
Thanks Clement, I think that the problem should be fixed. I forgot I used an already updated version, for this reason I cannot see the problem. We will publish the update as soon as we have other issues fixed. When the update will be online you could see it from the start page of WebSite X5.

Hi, if you already have an updated version you will not see the problem anymore of course. Another problem I mentioned above, that the program suddenly quit while you're busy with work, will hopefully also be solved. I hope the update will soon be available to us.
This problem wont be fixed until the update is released according to a couple of other threads.

I just wanted also to say this, when you start up the program it took quite long. Can this be made faster in the future ? Or is it not possible.
Hi Clement, I don't think we can modify the start up process in the next update. The software needs to load many data (ie: templates, user interface, etc). I can just suggest you to check you if it could depends on the avaiable RAM or, if the RAM is enought, the number of other processes that starts when you launch Windows.
lol i have 8gb of ram and a fast quad core CPU in my PC and its still slow when it starts up so i really dont think its anything to do with people PC's.
How long does it take to load ? Here, 4 gig of ram, quad core and SSD drive: under 10 secs to load V9.

I understand that the program should load a lot, but I have other programs that have to do that and there is no problem with those programs. For example, AutoCAD is a program that many things have to load and yet it is faster. I think it has nothing to do with my PC. 30 secs to load is quite long, I think. But first you have other problems to fix in the update, which are more important, at least for me. Afterwards, you might want to consider the possibility of making the program faster.
