Has anyone gotten around error 452 for ftp connection error

- can connect via filezilla with credentials
- turned all windows 10 firewalls off and antivirus
- installed windows 10 fresh on a new ssd drive and installed x5 fresh as well
- was able to connect to server last week no problems
- I can see it handshakes but falls over when it tries to access the files
- There is no mention of error 452 in the help files that I can find
- have been working on this for 4 days now
- cannot log into any of my domains via x5 but can via filezilla
- played with passive ftp by turning it on and off but no help. When I turn it off it just sits there and does nothing.
- everything is installed fresh (win 10 and x5) with no other software)
- have rebooted the routers
- have tried a few different computers with the same issue
- about to take my computer around to a friends house to test their connection
- have tried older versions of x5 with same error code 452 as well or failed to connect
- would make sense if filezilla and other ftp software did not connect as well.
- have tried ftp.elthamseascouts.org.au as well

That usually indicates that there is insufficient storage space on the server.
