Hi everyone,

I'm having problems with my databases not creating tables. I've been using website x5 pro for years but I always had my domains with one.com. I'm with ionis now, before with one.com the host name was localhost in section 1 data management. That isn't working with ionis, but if I go to my list of databases i can bring up the database details for each database i have created. So for instance my contact database discription is contact the host name is db5001148099.hosting-data.io username is dbu415152 and the password is *********. So I have entered these details in data management, but when uploading the website it fails the php compatabiity test, if I ignore this and allow the website to upload anyway the emails are sending in php mailer get mode but the tables aren't creating in the database. Now, if I put the host name as phpmyadmin.eu.ionos.host which is the databases url in the address bar of google chrome on upload the php compatability test takes ages but eventually it uploads the website but then the send button on the email form on the website is not working so the emails won't send. I have already typed all this out once and I went off to take screenshots of everything and i some how locked my self out of my desktop and ended up having to restart my pc so i lost everything so i'm not going to try that again so this is as much details i can provide at this time. I was wondering if maybe it's got something to do with the email form script type i'm using php mailer (recommended)? Anyone?

P.S. I have changed the numbers in the host name and user name for security purposes if anyone needs the correct details to help me I'd be willing to email them to them directly.

Here's hoping that one of you has a solution, i'm usually quite good with this stuff i'm completely self taught and i persist until i get a solution but this ones got me beat i'm ashamed to admit, just hope one of you has some experience with ionis.
