Objects missing in a bought template

I bought the "Yoganess" template as a template to create my next website.
I just exported it to my server to test it, and there is a problem on the home page: 2 elements are missing, the circle that allows you to go down further in the page, and the text part just in- above (see attached image). Why is it not working? How do I get them to appear?

Je n'ai pas ce modèle dans ma collection, donc impossible de vérifier et de te donner une réponse précise.
A toutes fins utiles, tous les objets optionnels sont achetés ? Dans le Style des lignes, Full Height et/ou Parallalax sont activés ?
Je signale ton souci au Support Incomedia. Attendre le passage d'un technicien sous 24 à 48 heures à partir de lundi.

I believe this is an issue with the Live Preview which is displaying an older version of the template
I've contacted the developers so that some light can be shed on this. I'll keep you posted here

En fait j'aimerais bien qu'il y ait ce bouton qui invite à descendre dans le site... c'est possible?
