To publish a site you need to have two things :

1 - a domain name

2 - a webhotel

You apparently have a domain. This is your address. But it is only an address. You also have to have a ground you can build on. This is where the ISP comes in play. You have to have a place where you can have your data.

You could have bought both things from a start. You have the domain, and you also have to buy a webhotel.

You could also have your own server as the webhotel - but I think this is not something you should experiment with.

the basic version -> then bluehoost should provide you with the information that you can fill this in, in the x5 uppload page. ask them!

If you only have a domain but not the basic plan then you won't be able to upload a website. (upgrade to basic and you will get the info x5 needs)

As John say's you need to rent not only the name but also bandwith and a place to store the softhere on internet.
