Inserting tables via cut and paste

I have a table listing items with about 300 pictures and descriptions originally created in Word. How can I import it into a websitex5 page ? This changes every month and I do not want to have to re-type and insert photos every time. Can I cut and paste ?

Copythetextfrom Wordandpastethe text objectwiththe "Paste Special" present as icon. Have you try so?
