Opening a link in a new Tab

I am creating a Text Link to open another web page via Internet file. My options are to open in a new window, same window, ShowBox or Popup window.
I just want the site to open in a new tab on the same browser. I remember being able to do this in either an earlier version, another program or just by HTML, just not sure which.
Any suggestions? I'm using Incomedia WebSite X5 Evo 2021.2.3.
