We have uploaded a previous website on the same URL which is working correctly, however after developing a new website on a different project file to replace the current website it does not display correctly. It looks as though it has merged the two website files. 

When the new website file is previewed everything works correctly and is visable. After uploading the website to the internet it is not displaying correctly.
