All projects have disappeared from the start menu

For no reason, All the projects created have now disappeared from the start button and all I can do is create a new Project. I have lost the 5 websites Im already working on. How do I get these back as I have been updating info on them for a few days . Why would this happen??? Need urgent help. I do have some .iwzip backups I can re import but will not include all the latest updates Ive made.
Cant understand why these have disappeared??

Locate where yoy have the projects.
Open X5
In settings/preferences you specify the location
When this is done you should see your projects again
Crikey. V13 is old. . . . .
I have fired it up and you should check preferences at startup and then startup folder. Is it possible you have changed this? (If you have selected a new startup folder none of your projects will appear to exist)
This is a very old version, when you get your projects back, please go to step 5, export project and create an iwzip of each.
PS I have seen this happen following a Windows update that added onedrive synchronising folder and moved the documents folder into it
