When updating to 2021.4 I get the error message shown in the screenshot "It was not possible to install the files on your computer." I have rebooted and tried again. No other programs are open:

Craig, if the update is failing during update selected at WX5 startup, please try by going to your profile (top right this page) and select download to do a new install without wx5 running.
