how i am supose to add shopp cart sign as shown in attachment?

Use the cart status from the utility category.
i think you need to buy that one, use manage button if you don't see it.
or
use a picture, and set a link to it.

thanks for your reaply.
My point is, when somebody is shopping and add some different products in basket i want added products to be shown in basket
so how shouild i do it?

You need to buy that one, it is not delivered with x5 standard,
If you already have bought credits then you can buy this object, use the manage buttun, goto
After buying you will find it in the template when selecting utility in the pulldown.
Then follow Axel's information.
