Lose the scroll bars in the guest book

Is it possible to set the guest book page up so that the scrollbars disappear and the user can saee the submit button from the outset?
I cannot rember why but I have a one line table object below mine and if I delete that the page goes blank

Down to the right hand side of the HTML Box there is a facility to adjust the height of the Box. Make it much larger than needed...... And untick "Show scrollbars" your scrollbars should disappear!!
