please check your details to check  that your email address is correct.
Then go back in step 0, preferences section and set the "low quility server script".
Now try it again.

I must be being thick as  cannot find where the preferences section is to be able to set the low quality server.

no problem, I will tell you!

If you start the program you can find a menu on the left side of the page. There you have to open "preferences".
Then you simple have to change the email form script type into "low quality server script".

Sorry Lisa I am still confused. I have attached the screen shot of the opening screen and I just can't find the preferences option.  It isn't in the Expert option either.

David Lisa is talking about V9 you have V8.....

Is your server managed by your ISP and not a hosting company? Because ISP's don't support PHP this is what you need on a server for the X5 mail to work.....

(Haven't heard of net-work.net??)
