It is currently not possible to change the background nor the size of the product filter specifically

However, you can modify the font of the product filter by modifying the generic font size of the page text in Step 2 -> Text style, fields, and button

By doing that, the change will apply to the product filter as well as to keep the font size and style consistent across the entire website
