Pages that moves on Smartphone viewpoint

Good Day,
I have this problem that is attached and it does not apply to all the pages. There is no object in the area in the header or footer tabs that can create this problem.
Your help will be much appreciated.

Are you sure nothing is outside the template in the yellow template view? There it only shows up.
View 480-840 check header and footer for objects outside the working area (click around with your mouse, sometimes it's hard to view.

I am 100% sure that there's nothing. It doesn't happen to all the pages.
it looks wors in the lowest viewport, try to set the sroll to top button off, and see if that might cause this effect.
Francos, I agree with Andre, there is something outside the displayable region. I once has a pop-up tool tip that wanted to display outside the displayable area, so WX5 allocated sufficient space and added the left right scroll bar. On another project (where I never found the cause) I worked around the problem by adding 320 mobile resolution, modern mobiles use 480px so the vast majority of users never saw the issue.
There seems to be a 320px internal parameter that wx5 works to for mobile.
