Why Incomedia support is done in majority just the afternoon ?

Hello,
Since long months the Incomedia support is often just done the afternoon only !
Before this one was more effective, with questions/replies in the same day... Now, never...
Incomedia done an intervention on a post and will go back the day after if you have chance or more.
It is not the very efficiency for us !
Many tickets are not managed since long days. (Not alone to say that ...)
Update Protection is not done to have fixes and support... efficiency obviously.
I am full agreee to say not the weekend.
But in Italy nobody works the morning to help your main business... YOUR CUSTOMERS
I know $$$ are more important to work on new objects / features.... but we are here too !!!
I know, stupid question by a stupid customer...

No more support since this time !
Great app but in my opinion slow customer and tickets system... I think that we old customers are useless free debuggers for Incomedia... I think that they are lacking of programers...

They have no enough ressources to go away... So they just provide new objects to win $$$$ by their credit biz.
But alreadycustomers needs and bug fixes are less important. I have some exchanged emails with their CEO's that show they are not customer oriented...even if they said the contrary...
The market has overtaken them

The Incomedia support service is available both in the morning and afternoon. In order to manage all support requests we need about 24 hours (except weekend), and indeed it may happen that we do manage some posts during the morning and others during the afternoon, according not only to the time the support request was posted but also to our personal work organization. We do our best however to reply within the mentioned 24 hours.

But not agree... The Support on the Help Center is really less efficiency than before...
Other users said the same. And many posts are staying with no answers during long few days.
Not possible to have 2 Incomedia replies in same day by example.
Probably your ressources are less than before and we need to wait.... few yrs ago (not so far too), was better.
We have also (customers) our opinion on how the HC support it feels.

There is slower support around..... I use 67 software products in my business - from macine firmware to windows apps and mac apps, and I would say Incomedia support is average to slightly better than average in response time.
Just my thoughts....
But the moderators on here are awsome.
Aleksej I hope you are staying safe and we all hope for Ukraine to be free from this stupid and illegal war.
PS - but I do agree there are areas where the objects need improvement much more critical than release of fluff objects.
I am playing with the new Ecwid cart that offers import of products with options and variants! And it has product and category and entire catalog widgets to deploy as html objects - awesome. Maybe I will use the ecwid cart objects inside X5 for a better cart experience for my customers and easier product management. I use cscart now as a serious cart, but it does not have widget mode.
Don't keep falling behind X5...... be the leader not just the always catching up player.

But to buy a pro version is to have a pro version !!!!
If not evo version should be enough
And now you need to use an external eCommerce software (not free) because your pro version does not works and no fixes are provided !
And we paid update protection to have fixes in priority,before new objects decides just by the company...
