WebSite X5 v2019.1 Pro on line library connection error operation cannot be completed

Hello. I checked the access in 2022.1.7. It seems everything is fine. Try this:
1) Temporarily disable your antivirus firewall or any other protection.
2) Do not use a proxy or VPN.
3) Run the program as administrator.
4) Update the program to the latest stable version.
