1_ If you want to attach links to Gallery elements, you can do so for most Sliders and Galleries. Which one did you try that you were unable to?
As of now, it is not possible to decide specific timing for most cases, although in some you can, the link should always be possible. Perhaps you can attach here a screenshot showing me what you've accomplished so far and I can help from there?
2_ At the moment, no Telegram integration is possible. However, I would advise opening a separated Idea topic for this so that the Idea might remain highlighted for the future
3_ What you mention here is very complex and there is no such thing in the software at the moment. It is highly possible that there are external services that do this specifically and then provide codes to implement into your websites to display ads, but I am afraid I won't be able to provide support for this.
