Via internet shop customer could have diferrent ways of payment and delievery, and the in the oder formular customer will get the confirm that, but we didn't receive it, so we don't know how did the customer pay and how do they like to delivery and to make the correct! 

Hi! Could you please kindly give me your website URL and tell me where your shopping cart is? Do you receive an email when your client places the order or don't you receive anything at all? Hi, Samantha M! Thank you very much for your reply. My website URL:www.vimpo.chand under the button Webshop is my shopping  cart, you could click on any product name there. I could receive an normal email when my client places the order, but it was missing an important information about payment method of my client. That means it didn't show out the method of payment of my client in the order mail. In opposite the automatic confirm mail that my client received from me then it has been show out the payment method and shipping the goods. In the shipping type list and payment type list i had set diferrent abilitiy ways of payment and delivery that my client could choose which one is suitable and comfortable for them. I will send you an attach with the receiving mail from my webmail box
