Problem with forms

We have three forms on our site the captcha and therefore the email do not work, our host is 'names.co.uk', the site uses Cpanel, PHP 7.0 and Jscript.
The site was uploaded using your export form 'to another provider'.I have tried the site on, chrome, edge and safari.
The site was also copied to my own computer and as you can see from the attached the captcha works.Please advise how to correct.RegardsHoward Kelham

I have updated host site php to 7.3 and captcha's now visible, but email do not work

OK all appears to be working now, must say your documentation is this area is not very clear, I have spent the whole morning trying to get this sorted out.
Part of the problem is that captcha imcpa_26j.gif is an X - very hard to see, suggest you change it.
