Hello.
When the program starts, there is a new update to version 2022.2.6.When I try to upgrade, after I accept the license agreement, I get the message <Failed to install files on your computer>.
During the update, all programs are closed and the antivirus is disabled.The problem remains!
I need your help.What could be the problem and how to solve it?I am attaching the jpg file.

Try to download the whole program from your download section https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/ru/soobshchestvo/polzovateli/167889/downloads and install it over the already installed one.
