Hi All - My marketing team is Looking for a way to track final checkout process.
Given that the checkout process is static and page URLs don't update, and that the click buttons share similar classes to each stage of the checkout process. They are running into a few hurdles when it comes to tracking a successful purchase.
Post invoice generation, can someone be redirected to a thank you page
Or
Is there any way to customise the click classes or element IDs to measure the stages of the checkout process so we're able to measure this using GTM

Yes - you can redirect someone to a "thank you" or "failed" the setting are in the Shopping cart > order mangement> choose payment type then go to its type. In there you will find options for "Payment confirmation" and "Payment error"

Thanks Luis however i do not get that option if i choose pay later which is what we want See below. Have i missed something? If i select pay now i do. Is there a setting prohibiting this option from the Pay Later button?

Interesting - what version are you on? im on version 2021.5.7
Maybe try redirecting via "Custom Code" to your custom page
just make sure that page is set to "hidden"

Hi Luis - My version is 2022.2.11 (PRO). I do have the option of Custom Code so ill try that
