This error message can be caused by the following reasons:
- It was not possible to connect to Internet.
- Proxy is used to access the internet.
- It is not possible to connect to the Incomedia Server.
It is recommended to disable Firewall, antivirus and anti spyware during the installation of WebSite.
If the error message persists, it is possible to unlock the program manually (please see: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25631).
