Hello! When opening a link to my site "https://vladimir-n.websitex5.me / the browser displays the message "Apache is functioning normally", but the site does not open. Solve this problem, please! And I am also waiting for the issue with SSL certificates to be resolved!

Никогда не пользовался их ресурсами, не проще приобрести у наших провайдеров?

This is the default index page that is present on every hosting once it's reset. Simply upload your files into the public_html folder and you should see your website correctly. If you don't, delete the file named index.php and it should work
