example: mydomain.com is the normal website that is ok.
now i created sub.mydomain.com
what parameters do i have to change for uploading to a sub domain compared to normal upload, which is already created but still empty?

you need to put the adres you have in your destination folder.
For the ftp adress, it is the same, (at my host), but! -> i have to use a differen user name and password.
These you need to find from your provider. check in your admin panel at your provider, goto the sub domain section and check your login credentials.
So check the FAQ of your provider for more info
