Responsive website does not display properly

Hello.
My website (paulinesplace.ca) displays properly in my PCs browser but not on my cell phone.
The attached file shows the response when I try to view it on my cell phone.
Any ideas?

Sorry - here it is
it say's you entered www.paulinesplace.ca's on your mobile, try entering without the 's at the end.
@Andre E: The 's was appended because of the following word, this is not user input.
The web address was entered incorrectly, see
>> paulinesplace.ca/about.html - 404
>> paulinesplace.ca/about-us.html - ok
ok, but they all work on my mobile phone. (android)
Have you tryed another phone or another browser on your phone?
Can you clear history or cookies on your phone? Can there be another program interferring? virusscanner?
Be also aware of not using capital's.
