I am unable to update. When I use the update shortcut I always get Error 503. Please help. See attached files. Thanks.

Hi,
if you correctly register on answers, in your answers account, in the section "Download" you can download the last update of the program and install it.
For the upgrade in the program, disable firewall and antivirus and start the program with right click and select "run as administrator".

Thanks for the reply. I am installing the software in my Windows Vista desktop at home. It didn't even ask for my registration key at startup. It seems it cannot connect to the Incomedia server for some reason. I brought my Windows 7 laptop to work - to rule out the possibility of my home network "security" preventing connection to the server - downloaded and installed it and this time it worked perfectly well, registered the software and downloaded the update successfully! Two sides here: either the software doesn't work well with Vista or my home network has some security settings I may have set. I am leaning towards the latter but if Lizardo is experiencing the same, it would be worth to note what Windows he is currently using.

try to disable the firewall and antivirus, and check if your connection is under the proxy.

Today I upgraded from evo 8 to evo 9. I bought the licence and I received a code. However the program didn't ask for my registration key at startup. It seems it cannot connect to the Incomedia server for some reason. When I try to contact the server I get the error 503. I checked my connection, disabled the antivirus and firewall but it has no effect. I stikll can't connect, can't upgrade and I can't see my licence for evo 9 in "My licences". Please help!!!

I'm sorry, you didn't understand my problem. The program seems to function normally. I don't see an activation or registration page. I've never seen you "topic". The problem is that the photo's are now in black and white and appear with the sentence: unregistated version. I also can't update because there is no connection with the Incomedia server possible: error code 503!

try to uninstall the program, delete the folder that remain, delete the folder "Incomedia" in "C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Incomedia" (if you use Windows Vista/7).
Download the last version of the program in "Download" page on answers.websitex5.com and install it and regist it correctly.
