I removed unwanted file from local website but still appearing after i published

I'm using Pro version and recently updated with magic tex feature and love it.
Infact, yesterday i by mistake updated a wrong file that was in my local version. and after corrected it and published several times the good version, the file still appearing online. I ve cleared all files from the brownser but still. this morning when i want to update once again, i am getting dns message saying that the service activation can take technical time depending on the DNS propagation et can take between serveral minutes and maximum 24/48hrs.
I need help here, and i suggest that i get the hosting files reset so that can peacefully update the local file online.

WebsiteX5 does not delete published data on the server. If there is a wrong file, you have to delete it manually. In step 5 "Export" selection "Export the website to the Internet" you click on the folder symbol next to the Target directory field and you get to your web space. There you select the file and click on the red X or press DEL. If you want, you can also delete all files and folders there and then upload the entire project.
