Why are we hiding the "contact us" link for current users?

WebSite X5 is advertised as a software product that:
"... stands out from traditional website builders because it is a versatile wizard that is both easy to use as well as complete. There are no fees or commissions: the license includes hosting and allows you to create all the sites you want, for yourself or for others."
However, in reality it merely grants you access to everything else you need to buy piece by piece in order to complete what the program was advertised to do. I find that lame and misleading, just like making me spend 30 minutes hunting for a contact us link... the only contact us link I've found is for Sales... not for help after you purchased the product.. It's all self-help from there on out.
I want to relinquish my license and receive a full refund for the purchase price of the software and for the credits I purchased for use in the marketplace. I stopped when learned that not only was this "complete software package" not complete, but the additional components you must but are also incomplete. Who knows how far the cycle continues before you actually have a finished site.
I'm sure this will get spun to make is seem like I am unfairly making accusations about the marketing of this product being deliberately misleading. However, its pretty obvious that every headline and snippet of info used in marketing this product is designed to be misleading and glance over or totally neglect to mention all the additional purchases that are required to make a website like any that are featured.
I believe there is also a deliberate attempt to make getting after-purchase support as difficult as possible.
If someone could kindly reply with the link to the 'request a refund' page, I would greatly appreciate it. Or better yet, I'm sure it would be possible to locate my account by this thread and provide me a with a complete refund so this is the only time I have to express my frustration. Either way, I don't intend on wasting a great deal more time returning this product that I have not used. I also don't intend on making any phone calls to get my refund as No calls were required to take my money, so no calls shall be required to return it, especially calls to countries outside of my local region.
