I cannot use a Telenet email address

I want to use a Telenet email address that people can use to reach me. But when I test it, the mails do not arrive in outlook or any other mail program. What am I doing wrong?

Did you click in step 5 'Export' with selection 'Export the website to the Internet' at the bottom right of the page on 'Parameters' and enter your email address from the provider in the 'Email' area? This also applies if you export to a drive and upload with an external ftp program. The project must then be rebuilt. To do this, click on the preview button while holding down the CTRL key and wait until the green bar has completely run through. Then upload the project completely.
