Project lost after reactivating the subscription

My computer got recently a new intel card. When entering the X5 programma I had to reactivate. After I cannit find the projects TTV Good Luck and Web site Cor Erbe any more. Can you please help me?

Has the list of projects changed? You can find this on the WebsiteX5 start page, for example, before you have loaded a project, under Settings (gear symbol) at the bottom left.
You can search for your projects on the hard drive using Windows Explorer. Mark "This PC" at the top left in the folder window, then enter *.iwprj2 in the search field at the top right and let it search... It may take a while. The folder above the directory or directories in which the project.iwprj2 files are located is the project directory. You enter this in the settings (see above).

I do find the project (see enclosure) but when I start this I do not get that project. When I start the programme and try to import that project the name (iwprj2) does not show up.

Erbe, as Franz-Josef said, set this folder as the default in setup, your project/s will then be visible and you will be able to open it.
As described above, have you selected the path
d:\Web site\X5
as the project directory in the settings (gear icon at the bottom left on the WebsiteX5 start page)? The project

should then appear in the project selection window.
