I already had flash player 10 installed but I removed it and downloaded version 11 using your link. However the install stops half way through and I get the dialogue box attached below. I don't have a clue as to what program it says is running and cannot find it in my program files.  I didn't have any other programs or files etc. open during the download.

Any ideas?

Ok I found the file which was interfering with flash player 11 installation. It was my printer driver. So I have that sorted now. But it seems my flash player isn't the problem because the swf file still doesnt work correctly. I can open the file on its own using Internet explorer and there it is but it will not work in website x5 preview or when uploaded to the web.

As far as I can tell website x5 isn't able to read the file. I'm wondering do I need some other software on my pc first?
