Unable to connect to server

I use Website X5 to build my site and Hostinger to host it. I am no longer able to upload the site. I get "Unable to connect to server" every time. I have used the same parameters in Filezilla and it connects to the Hostinger server every time. I checked my firewall and Website X5 is allowed. Any suggestions? This problem is starting to drive me crazy.

the first letter is an i, not an L. The site is active and the domain name is registered. That fornt show the capital i that way. Here is another screen shot.

Thank you for your time. I can use the parameters shown in the original image and access the site using WinSCP, using http, https, the ftp address shown, etc. One of the reasons I started using Website X5 was the ease of uploading the files when I had to make quick changes. If that function isn't working and the parameters I am using work in other programs I will have to switch if I can't figure it out. Again, I appreciate your time.
No problem thanks, if I'm not mistaken you are using an AS-HOSTINGER domain and you should have the correct data in your email to export the site to FTP that they sent you after registration or check on your domain panel
if the site has an SSL certificate you must enter the HTTPS address, also try the suggestion ftp.sitename.net if the parameters are correct you can access your web space by clicking on the indicated folder

That is where I got the data. I copied it exactly as it was shown on the hpanel.

As I said, the same parameters work on WinSCP so I don't think that is the problem.
if the parameters are correct FTP account and password in this way you will find the destination folder on your hosting

As kind of a last resort I want to uninstall Website X5 Evo and reinstall it. I have my license key but I can't find a download for the version I have - 2021.5.7
Is there any place I can get that?
Click on the user name at the top right and then select "My Profile". Here you can download your version of WebSite X5 under "Download" and here you will also find the license key for the installation.
