My software shows different than on your site

hello,
1. i have a logo as a backround on my menu page i cant find a way of removing and when i go to the documentation it shows something different that i am not seeing. ive attatched an image of my software.
2. Also, the images i add to the header dont show on the software either so when i add something it only shows the border of it but not the image as it should...
2. is there a way to import an existing project not done in websitexpro to this? - like a .php to be edited with this software?

Regarding the last point - websites that were created with another program, CMS or similar cannot be imported directly into WebSite X5. A completely new website must be created in WebSite X5, but text can be copied, images, etc. be inserted.
A few years ago I transferred my brother's website with around 50 subpages to WebSite X5 in this way.
If pages contain PHP code, in WebSite X5 you could put the PHP code into an HTML object and give that page a .php extension.

For me, the images in the header are also displayed in WebSite X5.
If necessary, reinstall the WebSite X5 program. To do this, click on the user name in the top right and select “My Profile”. The program can be downloaded here under “Download”.

as for the other issue, i have found the problem.
But i still cannot SEE what is being added to the header, is this normal ?
