Não to conseguindo usar o app Website X5 Manager... nao consigo me logar.. já coloquei a URL, o email e a senha de administrador, mas nao entra.. já pelo computador entra normal. O que será isso?

Um amigo usa uma versao antiga 2022.2.11 e tem o QR CODE em admin... o meu mais atual 2023.3.5 nao tem mais
