Hi Robin, good to find another X5 user from NZ! I have held off doing this upgrade, as often there are small things that can wrong after new major upgrades depending on the setup you are using. I usually wait until at least one or two small updates are released. No consolation to you, though.

I am sure that there will be some useful suggestions from other users like the one Daniel just gave. Otherwise, hopefully the Staff can help. A similar issue came up for another user a while back, so scroll through the postings to see if was solved. Wayne

Well, looks like I am now having the same problems as Robin.  Tried the download and reinstalled, but with now luck.   Any other ideas?

Hi there!

Please try to start the software as administrator, after having disabled firewall and antivirus, so to avoid having any possible configuration blocking the connections that are necessary for the software to work properly.
