Contact form data not saving to database

I do not know what is wrong, I had two people submit data via the contact form, that info was saved to the database. I had a 3rd submit, got the email but nothing in the database. I submitted the contact form,twice (cell and web) and it did not save to the database. Any idea why it may have stop working

Unfortunately, I can't say what the problem is and since my notebook has a very sensitive touchpad, I can't clearly attribute the unexpected reactions to the current Pro version to WebSiteX5 or the touchpad.
Maybe reinstall WebSiteX5 and test whether the problem still occurs. To do this, click on the user name at the top right and select “My Profile”, there you will find the download and the license key.
I can't give any precise information about the cause.

I had to delete the database, I copy the data over before I deleted. All seems to be well now
