We've have bought evo9 at my job. But when my colleague tries to login, the site says that the password does not match? I have activated and registered the license just like the one I bought to my home. What can I do?

Where are your trying to login? In answers or in the reserved area created with WebSite X5? Where did you get the password from? Please give me all the info you can and attach screenshots if possible.
