As to the header, I guess you meant browser width, right? In this case, you can extend it on Step 2 > Template Structure with the "Extend to the width of the browser window" option:

Thank you for your quick response.

No, i did mean browser height. Like the setting to fill the page with each row, but only the first row.

I wanted to achieve having the header page (Picture) always as a full page, then scroll down to the rest of the content.

Maybe i am misunderstanding how this works.

If you do, you can achieve it by activating the Full Height function on Step 4 > Row Formats > Full Height.
