Ich habe bei unserem Provider die DNS-Records wie beschrieben eingegeben (siehe screenshot). Trotzdem behauptet das System, dass die DNS Einträge fehlerhaft sind. Was ist zu tun?

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
From what I can see none of the records as displayed as correctly configured, rather than only some of them, so it is likely something has not worked as intended when setting them up on your domain.
I would suggest contacting your registrar's support and provide them with the records so that they an attempt adding them directly.

I can not understand where you see, that the actual configuration and your recomendations do not agree. Enclosed find the screenshot of the actual configuration and a second screenshot with the recommendations. In our view (an in the view of the provider) everything is exactly the same.
Please state clearly where you see differences.

Hello Werner,
apologies for the misunderstanding, what I mean is that, when trying to confirm the records, all of them are highlighted as incorrect in the domain configuration in our panel:
our systems are detecting them as incorrectly configured, even though your screenshot does not depict this.
This is why I would recommend contacting your registrar's support, so that they can try to add them themselves in case something has not been saved correctly.

Since we have to work, we changed the entries back to what is necessary to run. So If you check them now, you will see that all are wrong. Therefore I sent you the two screenshots to tell me what the difference is. For sure everything is stored correctly. We are adminsitrating all the DNS-records by ourselves, the provider cannot contribute anything in this matter. So please tell me, what was not correct during the time of production of the screenshots.

unfortunately I cannot tell from the image: sometimes even though the records do appear to be the same, something is causing them not to be applied correctly.
If you change them again, let me know so that I can check which ones are not detected as properly configured on our end.

I changed everything. The DNS-records are updated. Wenn I enter www.karat.at I am reaching your server. Hoewver an error is still reported.

I was able to confirm the configuration, now that the records were in place.
Now the SSL certificate is activating and the website should be operational soon.

My problem is, that the system still reports that the DNS-entries are wrong. (See the screenshot) So I cannot enter the next stage within your dashboard. E.g. I cannot configure the mail.

could you please clear your browser's cache and try accessing your webhosting panel again?
If I try to enter it on your behalf, I can see the recorda as configured, and the option to create an e-mail address is also available.

Another question: I would like to activate another instance of webhosting.The TLD is .at. This TLD is not suggested. How can I manage this?

Hello Werner,
unfortunately we currently do not support .at domains directly, so the only option for those would be to have the domain elsewhere and then redirect it to our hosting space.
Regarding the forwarding, what would you like to achieve? Have the e-mails reaching the @karat.at address also sent to another address?

Redirecting would be fine. I do not see how I can do this. Maybe you have some advice.

I have several adresses with @karat.at.

e.g. *** should be forwarded to ***. Is this possible?

you would first of all need to activate a new hosting, and afterwards in the panel you will have the option to check the DNS record needed for the redirection,
as you did for karat.at

Yes, this is possible.
You can go to the settings within the webmail, and create a new filter.
