I followed the suggestion to get the PayPal option to appear at logout but it did not work, non of my customers could complete payment for the digital products. The only solution was to duplicate the PayPal option and call the one PayPal or credit card and the other one only PayPal, now it is working. I don't know what the problem is but this sorted it.
